Terminal Reality is one of the two largest independent game developers in Texas, creating games since 1994 in a vibrant, friendly, family-type atmosphere. Since our company reorg in 2006, our primary drive has been focused on creating only very high-quality entertainment, and we continue to cultivate the very high-quality talent required to achieve that.

We encourage our team members to grow and to participate in every way they find rewarding—including exploring new disciplines: animators regularly jump into the sound booth to record voices; programmers contribute to game design; level designers express their vision through concept art. Our team members take pride in sharing their honed skills & experience with their colleagues.
