The success or failure of any creative project hinges on the quality of the creative team. At Terminal Reality we go to great lengths to build and maintain teams that are among the most talented and motivated in the industry. We must be very careful to ensure that new employees will be a great fit for our company, and we must work hard to make sure that our employees have the resources and support that they need to work at their best!

Terminal Reality assigns a dedicated team to each project in development, and typically we have two to four projects going at a time.
